We got our first Stafford in 1990. She was a lovely little brindle bitch called Annie, from Thornbury Animal Sanctuary. She was towards the lower end of the height range, coming in at 14 inches to the withers. But what a firecracker she was! She would wage war with everything and anything, irrespective of gender, age, or colour

We quickly concluded, after only a few short weeks of having her, that the previous owners couldn't handle her sadistic way of dealing with her canine brethren! Still, with people, as all Staffordshire Bull Terriers, she was excellent. By this time, of course, we were hooked!

What next, then? Showing, of course!

Our first "Show Dog", Semloh Arnies Boy, aka "Murphy", came from a litter sired by the then Breed Record Holder, Ch. Domino Flashy Lad, aka "Arnie". We were lucky enough to have some degree of success with Semloh Arnies Boy, attaining two CC's during his colourful career.

We then went on to buy a puppy bitch called Casstaffs Supa Filly At Leger, a daughter of Ch. Boldbull Blackjack.

Dolly became our foundation bitch, producing Leger Obi Wan Kenobi (see below) and Leger Princess Leia from a mating with Ch. Wyrefare Prince Naseem.

Dolly also produced a bitch called Leger Its A Knockout, who has herself proven to be a wonderful brood bitch.

Nemo is currently residing in the Canterbury Kennels, Austria. He was Top Puppy Stafford in 2004, in the UK..

Pickle was then mated to Ch. Knockon Dance with the Divil, producing a dog and a bitch that are proving successful in the show ring...

Ch. Leger Kings Gambit By Ramblx JW, 3CC, 2RCC, aka "Zippy".

Zippy was Top Stafford Puppy in 2005.

Ch. Leger Knockout Whist JW, 5CC, 5RCC, aka "Ella".

Runner-up Top Puppy Stafford in 2005, and Top Puppy Bitch.
